Which countries can you send my hangers to?

le petit lapin currently only delivers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.

 

Are my baby hangers in stock?

Hangers on the website are always in stock, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

 

Can I order more than 8 hangers?

le petit lapin personalised hangers are sold in sets of 8 pieces. If you want to order more sets, please go through the ordering process again.

We also offer non-personalised hangers of the same quality. You can order our pret à porter box of 10 or 20 pieces. If you want to order more than 500 items, please contact customer service.

 

Can I pay afterwards?

At le petit lapin you always pay in advance.

 

What payment ways do you offer?

You can pay with PayPal or credit card. Once your payment has been processed, we’ll start working on your order.

 

How do I use a discount code or gift voucher?

You can enter your discount code or the code of your gift voucher at the first step in your shopping cart. Click the 'Discount code' button and then 'Activate'. Your order price will automatically be adjusted. You can only use one discount code per order.

 

What shipping costs do I have to pay?

Shipping is free to every destination. 

Status order

Your order at le petit lapin has the following statuses:

  • Not paid: we have not yet received payment for your order
  • In production: we are currently working on your order
  • Cancelled: your order has been cancelled
  • Sent: your hangers have left le petit lapin and are on their way to the shipping address.

 

Can I change my order after I placed it?

If your order status says 'Not paid', you can adjust both your design and address details. Please contact customer service for help.

 

Can I cancel my order?

As long as you haven’t paid, it’s possible to cancel your order. Please check the status of your order in your account. If it says 'In production' or 'Sent', your order has already been made and you cannot cancel it.

Always contact us by telephone if you want to make a cancellation.

 

How are my baby hangers sent?

We ship your baby hangers via PostNL. You can indicate the desired date and address yourself. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation and a track & trace code by email.

 

What happens to my order when I’m not home?

When you aren’t at home, the delivery person will try to deliver it at your neighbours. If this doesn’t work, he will come back next day. In both cases, you will receive a note in your mailbox. If next day he fails again, the hangers will be sent to a PostNL pick-up point.

 

Can I return the baby hangers?

Personalized baby hangers cannot be returned. Our pret à porter hangers aren’t personalized and can be returned. Please contact customer service.
